We are delighted with what you have done, particularly the feathers, given the significance that they hold for the family. I actually went up this morning and the inscription etc is great.

I know and appreciate that you have managed to squeeze the work in before Christmas and we are all extremely grateful. It means that we can all meet there now on Christmas day, it genuinely does mean so much to us.
