Memorial Safety

We are members of BRAMM, the British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons. Established in 2004, this scheme aims to establish a network of nationally accredited businesses and registered fixers in order to promote higher standards of memorial construction among the memorial industry and for bereaved families. This provides assurance to you, our customer, that we have taken responsible steps to ensure that all of our work adheres to a national standard and fully complies with Health and Safety standards.

We also work to the National Association of Memorial Masons (‘NAMM’) Code of Working Practice in supplying and fixing all memorials. NAMM’s Code of Practice is adhered to by all cemeteries; and our work must comply with these standards in order to be approved by Local Authorities, Churchyards and Private Cemeteries.

The fixings we use are Ground Support System C.C.A.® Central Collapsible Support. They are approved and certified fixings, Patent Number GB2335671. They are adjustable to accomodate various base thicknesses, require no adhesive cement, and are simple to remove and reaffix to memorials.
