We only keep your data for as long as we need to use it as described above in section 5, and for as long as we have your permission to keep it.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.

We try to limit the amount of data we collect from you specifically through our website. Staff are only allowed to access data on a need to know basis.

We will only retain your data for as long as is necessary to carry out our services and to comply with any legal obligations, such as HMRC or auditing purposes. We have a 3 yearly review of all data and any data that is no longer needed will be securely shredded or securely deleted.
